Welcome to Mishthanwala. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Mishthanwala (the "Platform"), our Partner Vendors ("Sellers"), and the customers ("Buyers") who use our services for bulk order coordination.

1. The Nature of Our Service

Role: We act as an intermediary platform to connect Buyers with local verified Sweet Shops.
No Direct Manufacturing: Mishthanwala does not prepare, store, or sell sweets directly.
Hyperlocal Model: Orders are routed through our hyperlocal system based on inventory sources and seller location proximity.

2. Seller Obligations & Food Safety

FSSAI Compliance: Every Seller must maintain a valid FSSAI registration attribute for food safety.
Product Approval: All products are subject to Admin approval to ensure they meet platform standards.
Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory for their specific location.

3. Bulk Ordering & Coordination

Minimum Requirements: The platform is designed specifically for bulk requirements like weddings and corporate events.
Lead Times: Orders must be placed within specified lead times to allow for fresh preparation.
Customization: Branding and custom packaging requests are coordinated through the central team.

4. Payments, Commissions & Invoicing

Admin Commission: Mishthanwala charges a commission on every successful transaction.
Seller Invoices: A detailed invoice is generated for every order, including applicable taxes and shipment details.
Payouts: Seller payouts are processed via the dashboard workflow following delivery confirmation.

5. Delivery & Shipments

Shipment Rules: Shipments are managed based on global rules set by the Admin.
Freshness Guarantee: Due to the perishable nature of sweets, orders cannot be returned once preparation has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Mishthanwala verifies vendors for FSSAI attributes, the ultimate responsibility for food quality and safety rests with the individual Partner Vendor who prepared the order.
