Welcome to Mishthanwala. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our multi-vendor marketplace platform. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Marketplace Model & Role

Platform Role: Mishthanwala is a multi-vendor marketplace and coordination platform for bulk sweet orders.
No Direct Sales: We do not prepare or sell sweets directly; all products are provided by independent third-party sellers.
Coordination: We facilitate the connection, order processing, and logistics coordination between buyers and vendors.

2. Seller Onboarding & Safety

Approval Workflow: All sellers must undergo a formal onboarding process, including product and brand approval by the Admin.
FSSAI Requirement: It is mandatory for every seller to provide a valid FSSAI attribute for food safety and hygiene compliance.
Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and hyperlocal location data.

3. Hyperlocal Logistics

Inventory Sources: Orders are fulfilled based on the hyperlocal inventory sources closest to the delivery location.
Delivery Rules: Shipments are managed according to global rules set by the Admin, utilizing seller location data for optimal routing.
Timeline Estimates: Delivery times for bulk orders are estimates and may vary based on vendor preparation capacity.

4. Admin Commission & Payments

Commission Structure: Mishthanwala deducts a pre-agreed admin commission from every sale made through the platform.
Invoicing: Detailed seller invoices and shipment documents are generated automatically for every successful order.
Payouts: Seller payouts are processed through the dashboard workflow following successful delivery and verification.

5. Bulk Order Specifics

Event Planning: As a bulk-focused platform, orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements as defined by the vendor or Admin.
Customization: Branding and custom packaging for corporate or wedding orders are coordinated through the platform's central tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mishthanwala facilitates the trade but is not responsible for the ultimate quality, taste, or safety of the food items, which remains the sole responsibility of the FSSAI-registered vendor.
