Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mishthanwala, we coordinate fresh bulk orders. Due to the perishable and customized nature of traditional sweets, our refund policy is designed to balance buyer protection with seller sustainability.
1. Cancellation Rules
- 24-Hour Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if preparation has not started.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: Once a Seller begins fresh preparation or branding for your event, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for non-delivery, incorrect items, or verified quality issues reported at the time of delivery.
3. Quality Issues & FSSAI
- Immediate Reporting: Quality concerns must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- Safety Audit: Claims are verified against the vendor's FSSAI compliance and hygiene logs.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that shipping and custom branding charges may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the order.
5. Admin Mediation
The Mishthanwala Admin acts as the final arbitrator in all disputes between Buyers and Sellers to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
