Return Policy

To maintain FSSAI food safety standards and ensure the highest hygiene for all our customers, Mishthanwala follows a strict No-Return Policy for all food items once delivered.
1. Perishable Goods Policy
Because traditional sweets are prepared fresh and have a limited shelf life, they are exempt from being returned. Once a bulk order is prepared by the Seller and accepted at the delivery venue, the sale is considered final.
2. Right to Reject at Delivery
- Inspection: We encourage all buyers to inspect the bulk shipment immediately upon arrival.
- Valid Grounds for Rejection: You may refuse to accept a delivery if the packaging is tampered with or if the items do not match your order.
- Documentation: Any rejection must be documented on the Shipment Slip provided by the delivery partner.
3. Quality Assurance
Our Admin team monitors all vendors. If a product is rejected due to safety or quality concerns, we will investigate the Seller's compliance and provide a resolution through our Refund Policy rather than a physical return.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours. Do not attempt to ship the food back; our team will handle the coordination of a replacement or credit.
